While the School district is the second most critical piece of the triumvirate, the benefits are not in the least secondary. Support of the school districts to promote UPals provides benefits in spades:

• School districts see UPals as an opportunity to engage students and parents in active decision making regarding education and future careers.
• The school district can track positive behavior and improved attendance to participation in UPals
• Students will form their own college focused cohorts leveraging thelearning from UPals.
• Guidance counselors will be part of the conversation about college readiness and college prep.
• Additional transitional programs can be generated by and from UPals for a larger population of students.
